How it worksIf you would like to feel more calm and peacefulI, or if you are experiencing mental stress, a Balancing session could be helpful for you. Day-to-day life can be exhausting, especially if you are also experiencing added emotional stress from unforeseen life events. This can create a lot of chaos within your body and mind. A Balancing session can help you find clarity within yourself instead of being in a constant state of anxiety, stress, or depression. Balancing is done in alignment with how your body is in the present moment and helps release old or stuck thoughts and emotions.
What to expectThe session will last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the length you have chosen. Because every Balancing session is a unique experience, every person experiences something different and personal.
Although Balancing is centered around releasing mental stress, the head is not the only area of the body that will be focused on during a session. People also store tension and stress in other parts of the body, which can be just as important to clear and work on as the mind. One session may be enough for some people, but often multiple sessions will be most effective. You can make a Balancing session part of your weekly routine, you can schedule a set of sessions, or you can schedule a session whenever you would like. You can read about the different options and packages on the Services page. What can a Balancing session help? There are many reasons why a Balancing session could be useful for you. ExplorePlease Note: A Balancing session is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and no medical claims are made regarding these treatments. Everyone should always consult their doctor. Please do not enter a Balancing session with expectations to be cured immediately. Balancing takes time and the process is different for everyone. Although some people will experience a significant decrease in their symptoms and an increased quality of life, some issues take more time and every body is different.
